The Latest And Exciting Innovations Of Maternal Fetal Medicine Practices To Improve The Perinatal Quality Of Care With Interdisciplinary Approach

XXII Fetomaternal PIT will involve fetomaternal consultants / Fetomaternal Subspecialists, Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist doctors, other specialist doctors, general practitioners, and students who are expected to become agents of change of paradigm shift in maternal and child care, from fragmentative individual services to collaborative interdisciplinary services to achieve high-quality perinatology services with the ultimate goal of reducing maternal and child mortality in Indonesia.

This Annual Scientific Meeting certainly uses the concept of "New Normal" with the application of health protocols. The protocol includes minimizing contact, disinfecting goods, surfaces, and property, using masks, hand hygiene, setting seats by implementing physical distancing, preparing special places/rows for participants at risk, and implementing food and beverage hygiene.

Increasing number of maternal death cases due to non-obstetric causes, and the importance of pediatrics-neonatology and anesthesia roles in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, and the puerperium so with collaboration and team approach  done early on the field, it will be able to reduce maternal and child morbidity and mortality.
